Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Estimated delivery times:

  • UAE: 1–5 business days

  • GCC Countries: 3–10 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message containing tracking information, where available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and assist in resolving the issue.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the packaging and products so we can assist you.
